CT Homes announces something rarely seen in the market.
CT Homes has made a striking announcement that is uncommon in the real estate sector. The company has declared that it will reward anyone who identifies a customer who purchased a property from them and is compelled to sell at a loss, offering double the amount of that loss. This unusual pledge from a real estate developer has generated significant buzz within the industry.
On October 8, 2026, the Swiss Holding Company, part of the CT Homes Group, held a ceremony to deliver the first set of apartment ownership certificates to residents of the I-Home project after a lengthy waiting period. During this event, CT Homes made its surprising announcement, which resonated with many homeowners currently experiencing substantial financial losses.
This bold move raises questions about CT Homes' motivations. In the face of challenging market conditions, the company emphasizes the need to return to its foundational business principles. A representative explained, “What is the true value of real estate business, and what constitutes a genuine customer experience?”
When the I-Home project was initially launched, it was branded as “Beloved Home,” with units priced at 999 million VND each. This pricing was competitive for a prime location in the former Go Vap district, which featured amenities such as a French-branded swimming pool and supermarket. The developer aimed to ensure that customers could take advantage of a 30 trillion VND financing package for apartments priced below 1 billion VND. A company spokesperson noted, “We could have sold for over 1 billion VND, but out of a desire for mutual benefit, we kept the price under 1 billion VND, allowing customers to access low-interest government financing, despite our higher land acquisition costs and lack of government support.” Currently, many of these apartments have been resold for over 3 billion VND, yielding profits exceeding 300% for buyers.
CT Homes has a history of delivering substantial returns for its customers across multiple projects. There has not been a single instance where a customer has faced a loss due to depreciation. Even during challenging legal situations, the company has been proactive in refunding clients’ money with high interest. For more than three decades, CT Homes has adhered to a responsible business philosophy, guided by the principle of fostering long-term partnerships to enhance the quality of life for all stakeholders.
From the affordable I-Home project to the upscale Léman Luxury Apartments located at 117 Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street in Ho Chi Minh City, property values have risen by roughly 100% since purchase, even without ownership certificates being issued. CT Homes has taken great care in the design and construction of its buildings, sourcing high-quality materials, such as stainless steel from Japan and faucets from Italy. Years later, the Léman Luxury Apartments still appear pristine, presenting significant profit opportunities for buyers.
CT Homes has not only demonstrated its commitment to community welfare through various initiatives but also boasts a diverse portfolio of 68 projects covering a total area of 156.3 million m². This portfolio includes a range of developments such as Transit-Oriented Developments (TOD), premium real estate in key locations, affordable green apartment complexes, rental housing, tourism-related properties designed for remote work and wellness, modern nursing homes, mixed-use parks, industrial parks with residential components, and green technology parks.
In response to rising interest rates, CT Homes has introduced a two-year interest-free loan grace period for its customers, alleviating concerns regarding interest payments during this economic downturn. For those unable to secure bank loans, the company is exploring direct lending options tailored to individual financial situations, also offering a two-year grace period.
The motto “Real projects - Real assets - Real profits,” which CT Homes has demonstrated over the past 30 years, underpins the company’s confidence in this unprecedented market gamble. Whether anyone will find a customer who has to sell a CT Homes property at a loss, thereby qualifying for the double bonus, remains to be seen, and the outcome of this initiative is highly anticipated.
