Home sales see slight rise in Tomball and Magnolia area

Following a downturn in August, home sales have experienced a modest uptick in three of the five ZIP codes that Community Impact covers in the Tomball and Magnolia regions.

According to insights from local realtor Renee Leslie, the housing market has shown more variability across these ZIP codes compared to previous months.

The Pinehurst area reported the lowest overall home sales during this period. Interestingly, while the median sale prices of homes decreased in three out of five ZIP codes, the Pinehurst area also saw the most significant increase in median sale prices.

This recent shift in the housing market suggests a nuanced trend, with certain areas experiencing growth while others face challenges. The fluctuations may indicate changing buyer preferences or varying levels of inventory across the different regions.
