Omni Bridgeway successfully reached the final close of Series II, achieving the full US$1 billion target. This milestone is anticipated to further enhance management fee growth, pushing it towards the higher end of projections for FY27.
The company made new commitments totaling A$87.1 million across nine new investments, representing a 23% increase from 1Q26 and aligning with typical seasonal trends. This also added A$81.2 million in new fair value to the portfolio. On the cost management front, Omni Bridgeway reported cash operating expenses of A$15.7 million, which are currently below the expected FY27 budget range of A$72.5–75.0 million. The cost coverage ratio for the quarter stands at 68%.
Raymond van Hulst, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, remarked, "Omni Bridgeway has made a strong start to FY27. Completions delivered a 3.9x multiple, management fees grew 24%, and the final close of Series II at US$1 billion on improved terms underpins further fee growth. With 46 exclusive term sheets and a significant number of late-stage investments in the portfolio, we remain well positioned for the rest of the year."
Looking ahead, the company anticipates that favorable market conditions and competitive dynamics will continue to support a robust pipeline with appropriate risk-adjusted pricing. Following the final close of Series II, management fee growth is expected to accelerate, while cash operating expenses are projected to rise in subsequent quarters, consistent with the FY27 budget.
